Students of Thapathali College build electric vehicles to participate in world competitions

Kathmandu, Student studying at Thapathali Engineering Campus has built electric vehicles. They have built this EV vehicle for the world competition to be held next September.

At present, only the chassis of the vehicle is ready. According to the Cireto team, the exterior (frame) of the EV is yet to be made due to the College exams. Cell energy has been organizing marathons in the United States, Europe, and Asian countries. Where there is a competition between electric petroleum and hydrogen fuel-powered vehicles.

In this competition, the invention of giving more mileage by consuming less energy is considered excellent. The Cireto team has 10 students studying in the third year of graduation in various disciplines including mechanical, automobile, and electrical. Faculty Advisor Subodh Kumar Ghimire is leading the team.

 Team members Saugat Pandey, Dhan Parsad Pradhan, and Ojashvi Sharma are studying mechanical subjects whereas other members including Anil Khadka, Aman Shrestha Eugene Maharjan, and Bhubaneswar Dahal are studying automobiles, are making electric vehicles (EVs). The Golchha Group has assisted in the construction of these electronic vehicles.
