Minister for Education, Science, and Technology, Giriraj Mani Pokharel has clarified that the new curriculum will be implemented in Grade 11. He urged everyone to work according to the new school-level curriculum adjustment framework from this academic session, reported by Shilapatra.com on Bhadra 30, 2077.
The government has moved forward to implement the new curriculum of Grade 11. The federation will focus on implementing the government's policy, he said.
Although many concerned bodies said that the new curriculum could not be implemented due to COVID-19, Minister of Education Pokharel clarified, that the new curriculum of Grade 11 will be implemented from this academic session and all the schools should work accordingly.
Director General of the Curriculum Development Center, Keshav Dahal urged not to ask for the results of grade 8 and 9 to the students who will be admitted in grade 11. Some colleges are requiring students to provide Grade 8 and 9 results in addition to SEE result, though admission in Grade 11 must be based on the certificate issued by the National Examination Board, he said.
